The days of sneaking a mouthful of cookie dough and getting told “you’re going to be sick” is over! Traditionally cookie dough is made with raw eggs and flours that may contain certain bacteria’s such as E. Coli which can cause food poisoning when not baked, however after many months of trialling different methods, trying different recipes I finally have come up with the final product. My Cookie Dough is made with pasteurized eggs and flour that have been heated to a certain temperature where the bacteria has been cooked out which makes it completely safe to eat raw!
